UPDATE 10.1.2021 – Fall Art Break Camps slots are all filled.
Students in grades 1-5 are invited to spend fall break at the Hunter! With three unique days of art-making and fun, your child will expand their creative horizons. Sign up for one day or all three. All art materials – and snacks – will be provided. Parents are asked to pack a peanut-free lunch for their children each day. Masks will be required for all children during these programs.

Spend the morning exploring drawings, paintings, photos, prints, collage and other 2-dimensional artworks in the museum’s collection, then use the inspiration to create your own frameable works of art to take home!
Wednesday, October 13 – Build It: 3D art day
Build, sculpt, carve, and assemble your own 3-dimensional artworks inspired by artworks in and around the Hunter. Campers will use a variety of sculpture materials including clay, paper maché, assemblage and more!
Thursday, October 14 – Weave It: Textile art day
Textiles and fiber arts are all around us! We’ll explore fiber arts and soft sculpture through weaving, embroidery, and hand-sewing. Take home your own handmade plush toy or soft sculpture creation.
