Corporate Support
Supporting the Hunter Museum means ensuring that our communities are connected to American Art presently and for years to come. Our unique position as the only American art museum in Southeast Tennessee allows us to share untold stories and offer new perspectives through artworks of all mediums.
Your contribution to the museum impacts a broad audience, as we welcomed more than 65,000 guests in 2023. We continue to welcome new and returning visitors, presenting expansive exhibitions and programming that showcases a wide range of art forms and reflects the lived experiences of people throughout our nation. By supporting the Hunter Museum, your organization sends a message that you are invested in supporting world class visual arts in Chattanooga and arts educational experiences for K-12 youth, college students and adults throughout our community.
Our development and marketing teams are eager to work with you to maximize the impact of your company's generosity. The Hunter offers extensive opportunities to support exhibitions, educational programs, art conservation and operational needs. Each area comprises a critical part of our overall mission to connect people of every background to creativity, knowledge, and ideas.
Please contact the Hunter's Development Manager Pierson Brown at 423.752.2045 or pbrown@huntermuseum.org for more information or to answer any questions.
The Hunter Museum hosts several fundraisers throughout the year to support our exhibitions, educational programming, and community events. Non-monetary donations of products, services, and experiences for these events are always welcome. Providing in-kind support is an excellent way to further support our mission to present and promote American art and provide inspiring experiences for all. As with monetary support, in-kind donors receive similar marketing and access benefits based on their donor level.
Please be advised that as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Hunter Museum may not determine monetary values of in-kind gifts. Donors must determine the value and share that information with the museum. Donations are tax-deductible within IRS regulations-- please consult your tax advisor.
