Discounted Admission Rates and Coupons
Discounted admission rates may be purchased at the museum. Coupons can be redeemed at the museum for discounted admission. They cannot be redeemed through the online ticketing portal.

THROWBACK THURSDAYS
The Hunter Museum offers free admission to the permanent collection and special exhibition on Throwback Thursdays, the first Thursday of each month, from 4 – 8 PM.
Thanks to a generous grant from the Art Bridges Foundation’s Access for All program, admission to the entire museum on Throwback Thursdays is now free. Programs taking place on Throwback Thursdays are also free for all guests.

The museum is also closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
PARKING & LOCATION
Parking
Parking is available at the Hunter Museum parking lot, 500 feet from the entrance to the museum. The parking lot is wheelchair accessible. The museum has implemented a new parking system. Museum guests will still park for free but will have to register their vehicle using their license plate number. Those not visiting the museum will have to pay for parking. Learn more here.
Free street parking may be available in the surrounding Bluff View Arts District. Paid parking is available at Walnut and 3rd Street.

The Museum Store features a delightful assortment of merchandise for all ages, including books, home décor, and creative items for kids. We showcase jewelry, ceramics, glass, and other creations by local artisans.
Admission is not required so if you don’t have time to visit today, you are welcome back anytime. All proceeds from sales directly support the museum and its exhibitions and programs. Museum members receive a 10% discount on all merchandise in the store (except sale items).
ACCESSIBILITY
The Hunter is universally accessible. Wheelchairs and strollers are available free of charge at Visitor Services. Service dogs are welcome in the building. Please look at our tours page to arrange special needs group tours.
